At Nora B’s Ice cream, we bring the ice cream party directly to your event.
- You choose the date, delivery address and the type of ice cream you’d like in the ice cream cart. We bring the cart to you before your event and pick the cart up after your event is done.
- The ice cream cart arrives fully stocked with your ice cream selections.
- Once on site, our ice cream carts are self-service which means our staff does not stay with the ice cream cart. Your guests can open the cart and pick out their ice cream or you can serve it yourself. It’s that simple!

No, we deliver all of our carts directly to your location of choice within our delivery area. We do this to make sure that our carts stay in pristine condition-no one likes a dirty cart.

Delivery depends on where the cart is being delivered to. Our minimum delivery charge is $50. If you’re booking online, your delivery total will be automatically calculated. If you call in to book, our staff will be more than happy to give you an accurate delivery rate.
- Standard delivery takes place Monday through Friday between 9am-5pm.
- Drop off is typically the day (or two) before the event and pickup is the day (or two) after the event.
- More specific delivery requests (same day pickup/drop off, weekend drop off/pick up, etc) are an additional fee and can be added in the checkout process.
While we do deliver on the weekends, our regular delivery hours are Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm. We will deliver after hours and on weekends but a surcharge fee will apply. Otherwise we’ll deliver the cart on Friday and pick it up on Monday.
Staff is not included in the ice cream cart rental. Our staff does drop off the cart for you and picks it up after your event.
- All of our ice cream carts come equipped with “Cold Plates.” These cold plates get charged (frozen) with the on board refrigeration system and allows you to keep the ice cream cart unplugged for up to 6 hours and still keep the ice cream frozen.
- The cart does need to be plugged in prior to your event to keep those cold plates charged up and ready for your event.
- When you’re ready for your event to start, unplug the cart and wheel it to wherever you’d like it. You can absolutely keep it plugged in for the duration of the event though, then you have endless hours of a frozen ice cream cart!
Absolutely! We sell ice cream by the box so you can choose exactly what ice cream you want and how much of it. We do have a $200 ice cream minimum which means your ice cream total must reach $200 before the cost of the ice cream cart rental.
About 96 scoops or about 48 servings, assuming 2 scoops a serving.
You or someone you trust needs to be on site to meet our team member for your ice cream cart delivery. Our office team will send you an arrival window and the delivery driver will call you when they are on their way to your location.
They’re all yours! Any leftovers in the cart are yours for the taking, unfortunately we can’t take them back due to food safety regulations.
Each of our ice cream carts can hold up to 600 pieces of novelty ice cream and up to ten 3-gallon ice cream tubs.
With minor variations, yes all of our carts are the same. They all have the same look, capacity and they are all cold plate carts which means it doesn’t have to be plugged in to stay cold during your event (6 hour maximum).
